Supercapacitor/Cylindrical Battery Flattening Machine


Flattening is one of the processes for making full-collection ears. It has the advantages of high efficiency and high cost performance. Our company has conducted in-depth research on the flattening principle, proposed an active flattening solution, and applied for an invention patent. According to the production mode of the user's production line, horizontal and vertical flattening equipment are developed to meet the different needs of customers. The equipment integrates multiple detection functions such as height detection, short circuit detection, end face detection, etc., and opens the MES interface. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, high integration, and small footprint, providing strong support for customer production.


Supercapacitor/Cylindrical Battery Laser Welding and Assembly Equipment.


After the supercapacitor is flattened, it enters the middle welding process such as collector plate welding, cover plate welding, rubber encapsulation into the shell, sealing welding, sealing nail welding, and terminal welding. Our company has conducted in-depth research on the manufacturing process of supercapacitors, analyzed the error transmission relationship of the assembly manufacturing process, and developed supercapacitor welding and assembly equipment, which is suitable for the manufacture of capacitors with various height specifications of 33, 35, 46, and 60 diameters. This series of equipment adopts advanced laser welding technology, combined with visual positioning and innovative mechanism design to meet the production of various processes of supercapacitors. The equipment opens the MES interface, which can easily obtain production process data. Based on this process, a variety of equipment such as manual operation, semi-automatic operation and automatic production line can be provided. Since the development of this series of equipment was completed in 2020, it has cooperated with the industry's leading customers to provide equipment guarantee for their production. Supercapacitor/cylindrical battery film machine


The film is the last process in the production of supercapacitors / cylindrical batteries. The insulating film provides insulation and marking for the battery shell. According to the production characteristics of supercapacitors, our company has designed and developed two specifications of horizontal film machines and vertical film machines to meet the needs of different customers for film technology. Visual inspection is used to inspect the appearance and size to ensure production quality. The equipment provides a production board and integrates the MES interface, which can upload production data according to user needs. The film machine is currently operating stably at the site of many customers, providing a guarantee for the delivery of customer orders.


Chip inductor plate placing machine


Chip inductor thermal spraying is a core process in production. Before spraying, the inductor particles need to be placed in a matrix. Our company cooperates with leading customers to develop a cost-effective plate placing machine. Through in-depth analysis of customer requirements, we put forward existing solutions. While meeting the production rhythm, the equipment price has been greatly reduced. It has been iterated to the third generation of products. Chip inductor implantation machine


The implantation of copper electrodes in powder compaction of chip inductors is one of the core processes of its production. Our company has conducted in-depth research on the implantation process with customers to solve the problems of high implantation accuracy and fast implantation speed. We have developed a one-tor N implantation machine that can implant multiple mold cavities at a time, greatly improving production efficiency. This equipment has now become the most efficient equipment on the customer's site and has been recognized by customers. As customer production capacity expands, customers continue to place orders.
