Planish is a process for the manufacturing process of tables battery. The planish machine is the core equipment for realizing this process. This flattening machine adopts a three-cone structure as the planish parts for the welding surface of the battery. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, high flatness, high precision and controllability, and provides strong guarantee for the production of battery cells. According to user needs, this equipment provides two structural forms: horizontal and vertical. It can be produced by manual loading and unloading, or it can be connected with winding machines and welding machine with conveyer. According to production quality control requirements, this planish machine is equipped with short-circuit test and height test detection processes as standard. Users can select flatness detection, diameter detection and other detection functions according to their needs.
